Setup

Players on a line facing a row of cones five metres away. The instructor holds the die.

How to play

  1. Instructor rolls the die and calls the number.
  2. Odd: sprint to the cones and back.
  3. Even: freeze in fighting stance and do that many punches.
  4. Wrong reaction? The whole group does , then carries on.

Easier

Use only 1 and 2: run or strike.

Harder

Six means do the opposite of the last roll.

Safety: Turn at the cones, don’t slide.

  • Roll faster as players get the hang of it.
